I have spoken at conferences such as Dreamforce, run the Austin Salesforce Admin User Group, and volunteer my time to developing those pursuing a career in the Salesforce CRM industry with organizations such as Merivis or the Salesforce Certification Study Group.
I take pride in my blend of interpersonal and technical expertise. I am comfortable gathering requirements, designing a solution, converting the solution to technical requirements and perform the development of the build myself. I have spent a lot of time refining how I work with my peers and coworkers as well as personally developing my technical expertise.
